Get The Famous J.Crew Glow

I just discovered this line of products and have already bought 6 items, plus some for my niece.

We used 3 products: the eye polish in Myth (like eye cream with color), the Lip2Cheek in Promise, a dual-use blush and lip polish with nutrients and skincare, and the absolute jewel in the crown is the Living Luminizer if you want that J.Crew glow. Oh, and these products are gluten-free (very important to gluten allergics). And you can use your fingertips to apply.

Ok, so I also added eyeliner and mascara for this post.

How to get the J.Crew Glow

1. Apply eye polish with your fingers or a brush to the crease.

2. Apply eyeliner starting at the outer corner of your eye, working in. Carmen at Private Edition told me to stop 3/4 of the way in (rather than going all the way to the inner eye) to make my eyes pop.

3. The mascara we all know and love in the little yellow tube, Maybelline Colossal is what Deidre turned me onto a year ago and I haven't gone back to expensive mascara and probably never will.

4. Now for the RMS Lip2Cheek in Promise. Fingers are the best for applying to your cheeks.

Start by rubbing a little product onto the apples of your cheeks. Don't be afraid of the color! Just sheer it out as you spread it upwards towards your temples.

You can build the color to get the coverage you want.

5. Now I'm putting the same product on my lips. Using a brush this time just cause it's less messy. But by all means use your fingertips if you want to.

I chose this color, Promise, because it is a gorgeous coral that works on most skin tones. When you click to see it, the color is not really true on the website. But Vault members, you can see the true color inside the Style Vault.

6. Now for that glow with the Living Luminizer. Back to my fingers for application.

Apply to the bridge of your nose.

And on your cheekbones.

Just rub some on and sheer it out using your fingers.

I also applied some to my forehead. That's key. You want to apply it wherever you want to highlight and reflect light. That's what healthy skin does, it reflects light. Hence, the glow.
