How To Add Color To Your Wardrobe

Tina, here.

We know I'm addicted to white clothes. But I love a pop of color in the summer months.

Just a pop is all it takes for me. And I usually lean toward turquoise or coral. Always have, probably always will. But the good thing for you is that these are the 2 colors most universally flattering to any skin tone or hair color, depending on where you fall on the spectrum.

If you follow us on Instagram, you were with me when I spotted these Manolo Blahniks at one of our consignment shops in Nashville, Flip. And of course I flipped out and bought them. They were under $100 with  my credit there for consigning some of my clothes (shop this exact look and similar below).

I have this thing with matching handbags and shoes. Never jewelry (unless it's an inherited suite :) ) and never shoes to your belt (men can, just not us), but handbags and shoes? It's the 1950's ghost in me trying to go back to the New Look.

I added this opal choker for a modern touch. Modern? Not really. Everything in fashion is a hearkening back to its first installment somewhere in time.

This is the same dress I am wearing - I just pulled mine down longer! And there's a slingback in the color below for MUCH cheaper under Shop The Look For Less.
