A Pretty Pink Drink For Toasting - The Stylish Girl's Easy Guide to the Holidays - Day 28

I was thinking how pretty rosé wine is. And if there were a champagne recipe for it.

Then I found out you can just buy rose champagne. Not defeated. Here's a recipe you can still get all Martha Stewart about:

Lemon Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

One 12-ounce container frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored or plain vodka
One 750 ml bottle rose champagne, chilled
Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

In a pitcher, combine the lemonade and vodka. Slowly stir in the champagne. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.

Cook's Note: To make vanilla-flavored vodka, place 3 whole vanilla beans in a 750 ml bottle of plain vodka. Place the bottle in a cool dark place for at least 10 days to allow the vanilla to infuse the vodka. Open the bottle occasionally during the infusion time.
