No one needs to be doing that much summer shopping in July. And you certainly don't need to pay full-price for many of the summer clothes you may buy. Sales start after the Fourth, and fall arrivals begin appearing mid-July. So July is a great time to get summer basics on sale, and even an opportune time to make an investment in a summer classic like a great handbag or a statement piece of jewelry that you will wear for years.
