The time is near. A new year! I just love a new year. It feels like the start of school all over again, which I also always loved. What it really means is freshness, newness, opportunity, hope, anticipation, beginnings, rejuvenation. And it's time again for me to choose my word for the year (haven't landed on this year's yet) to represent my theme for the year, my hopes and goals. But not goals in terms of what I want to achieve. It's more about who I want to be. Past words have been Listen, Trust, ...you get the idea. Do you have a word for the year? Well, while you're thinking about that little thing, I'm giving you your Five January Must-Haves to represent the new year, a new you. A fresh you. A hopeful you. Happy New Year my dear friends!
